Food Allergy Research & Education
– FARE has many resources available for those living with food allergies. It is an organization dedicated to advancing the lives of those with food allergies, through articles about Emergency Care Plans, COVID-19 with allergies, and support groups for people of all ages diagnosed with allergies.
– KFA is a division of the Asthma and Allergy Foundation and is dedicated to “reducing the burden of food allergies through support, advocacy, education, and research.” They have many resources available online including a free course about how to manage your children’s allergy, food allergy news and research, and a collection of allergy-friendly recipes.
Spokin App
– The Spokin app is helping the community find safe food and restaurants as well as other food allergy families in your area. You can download this app on the iOS App Store and get started to find food allergy friendly places near you!
Red Sneakers for Oakley
– Red Sneakers for Oakley is a nonprofit devoted to spread food allergy awareness and education, created by two parents whose child unfortunately died due to a fatal reaction to nuts. They have resources listed on their website, as well as a blog which are great resources!
Epicenter App
– Epicenter’s goal is to “help people with food allergies communicate with ease, whether facing an emergency situation, language barrier, or trying to connect with the food allergy community.” They also have a blog and allergy friendly recipes online. You can download their app on iOS and Android to “get your favorite blogs, FDA updates, & access features like automatic emergency calling, SMS alerts to emergency contacts, food allergy translations, & more!”
Allergic Living Magazine
– The Allergic Living Magazine has many many resource for those with food allergies, celiac, outdoor allergies, or asthma. Their “mission is to be the authoritative and trustworthy source of news and information for the allergy community.” They also have a resources section and you can subscribe to their digital magazine!

– Breastfeeding with CMPA, the blog of a food allergy mom. She shows the diagnosis process of CMPA as well as many dairy free resources.
