One day I’m fine, the next I’m going into anaphylaxis over things that I ate literally everyday. It took 3 years to finally get a diagnosis of Hereditary Alpha Tryptasemia (MCAS) and another year to get a diagnosis of Churg Strauss Vasculitis, and over 10+ specialists. I still struggle daily because my allergies aren’t consistent and it’s hard to “stay strong”.
